The Texas Realtor Form T-47 is typically used to let the title company know that you have an accurate survey of the property you are selling. It's one of the few real estate forms that must be notarized. Realtors: Don't send your client the T-47 and tell them to find a notary; tell them you've already paid for their notarization of the T-47, and we'll take care of it from there.

The process is easy:

1. Purchase the Online Notary Session - during the checkout process, there will be a place to list the contact info of your client
2. Email the T-47 Over (You'll get an email with instructions)
3. We contact the client and schedule an online meeting
4. The client e-signs, and then we notarize
5. You get a notarized form emailed to you!
